This is the fifth and final song in Ludo’s Broken Bride rock opera album: Part IV: Morning in May. The narrator finally makes it back to the morning his wife died, and faces a classic time-traveler choice, now that he’s learned that if his wife never died, then he never would have gone back/forward in time and saved millions of lives and changed the course of time.
I dare you to listen without feeling at least a little bit teary. This song is so moving.
